Inviting someone into your home is a big decision. Here's what people usually ask first.
How is pricing determined?
Every home is different, so pricing depends on the size of your home, its current condition, how often you'd like cleaning, and any add-ons. Fill out the quote form and Laura will get back to you with pricing, or a quick question or two if she needs more detail to be accurate.
Why do you sometimes recommend a deep clean first?
If a home hasn't had a professional clean in a while, a first deep clean establishes a clean baseline. After that, recurring visits take less time to maintain, which keeps your regular cleaning more economical.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many clients are at work or out for the day. We'll agree together on an entry arrangement you're comfortable with.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer particular products, we're happy to use yours.
Do you speak Portuguese?
Sim! Laura is originally from Brazil and speaks both English and Portuguese.
Can I customize what gets cleaned?
Absolutely. Tell us the areas that matter most to you and we'll build the routine around them. You can adjust it anytime.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Just let us know about your pets in the quote form, and add extra pet hair attention if you'd like.
What if something isn't right?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Just give us at least 48 hours' notice and we'll find a new time that works.
